                               RESOLUTION NO. 20930
                  
                  
                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF 
                  SAFETY TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT FOR EXTENDED 
                  SERVICE WITH TIBURON, INC., RELATIVE TO 
                  SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE CHARGES FOR THE RECORD 
                  MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.
                  
                  
                                                     
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Department of Safety be and is 
       hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement for Extended Service 
       with Tiburon, Inc., relative to software maintenance charges for 
       the Record Management System.
